Father’s Day Brew House Burgers

Serving size: 2-1/4 ounces, cooked


  • 3 tablespoons rice milk
  • 7 low sodium crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, white, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning (optional)
  • 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)


  1. Combine milk and crackers in a bowl and let stand until crackers are soft.
  2. Stir in egg and seasoning; mix well.
  3. Add ground beef and mix well.
  4. Pat into 6 equal-size patties.
  5. Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness (ground beef should be cooked to 165 degrees F).
